Markets, organizers, brands, availability, and bookings shown here are fictional. Actions are simulated and do not reserve real spaces or enter real agreements.

Proposed pilot payment model

Applying as a brand is free. Once an organizer accepts an application, the brand would receive the organizer’s disclosed booth terms. Any booth payment would go directly to that organizer unless a future, separately disclosed payment arrangement is put in place. Q’Up does not collect a listing or service fee in this preview. Future commercial terms are not yet finalized.

Cancellations and reviews

The proposed product permits withdrawal before payment. Cancelled paid events require manual refund review. Reviews are intended for verified paid bookings, with delayed publication to reduce retaliation. Final policies need legal review.
